 Yes. Every training and nutrition plan is created specifically for you, your goals and your lifestyle & You'll have ongoing support, regular check-ins, accountability and direct access to me throughout your coaching journey. 


Yes. I'll help you build sustainable eating habits that support your goals without restrictive diets or unrealistic rules. 


 Not at all. My classes are suitable for all levels, and options are provided throughout the class.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress and supports your overall wellbeing. 


Yes. I offer both in-person and online Reiki sessions, allowing you to experience the benefits wherever you are. 


 Everyone's experience is different, but many people leave feeling calmer, lighter, more relaxed and deeply refreshed.
