Each class blends yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and dhyana (meditation) in a way that helps you slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home in your body.
We move with intention, building strength, improving flexibility, releasing tension, and creating space in both the body and mind. The breath leads the practice, helping you drop out of the noise of everyday life and into a more grounded, centred state.
These classes are not about pushing or forcing, they’re about learning to move with awareness, softness, and strength together. Over time, you’ll start to feel more connected, more open, and more balanced in yourself.
Held in the Embody Studio in Bray, the space is calm, welcoming, and designed for you to fully arrive on your mat. I keep spaces intentionally limited so the classes stay personal, supportive, and grounded.
Suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll be guided and supported throughout.
